Digital Products

We understand that purchasing digital products can be a significant decision. At KATES DIGITAL MARKETING L.L.C., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our digital products, including templates, brand kits, and marketing packages, come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your digital product purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product has not been extensively used or modified
  • You can demonstrate a legitimate issue with the product quality or functionality
  • You have contacted our support team to resolve any issues before requesting a refund

Please note that some customized or personalized digital products may not be eligible for refunds once delivered.

Services & Consultations

For our ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and other monthly retainer services:

  • Services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Any prepaid fees for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Setup fees and initial consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Unused advertising spend may be refunded at our discretion

For project-based services such as web design, graphic design, and photography:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Projects can be cancelled with written notice, with charges applied for work completed to date
  • We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project agreement
